Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Taking General Enquiries calls from customers requesting minor maintenance work on the network, logging the details and scheduling work whilst managing the customers needs and expectations - Booking works on Skedulo and uploading photographs, maps etc for our engineering teams - Sending reminders to customers regarding jobs booked - Completing customer call-backs and closing jobs - Recording and resolving complaints as well as logging and highlighting damage to the network What do I need?
