About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce programmes, ensuring their successful delivery across multiple work streams. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end Salesforce transformations, from planning and execution to client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of large-scale Salesforce programmes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, within scope, on time, and on budget.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Oversee multiple Salesforce projects and work streams, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and resources are effectively managed.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and deadlines.
* Ensure that the Salesforce solutions delivered meet business requirements and technical specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across internal and external resources, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
* Monitor project performance, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Drive continuous process improvements in Salesforce programme delivery, leveraging best practices, methodologies, and lessons learned from previous projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
* Proven experience in managing large Salesforce programmes from inception to delivery, including multi-stream and multi-faceted initiatives.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges.
* Solid experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, with a history of successfully delivering projects using these approaches.
* At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce programme management.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing client expectations and team performance.
