AlertSystems have a Sales Ledger vacancy (100% site based)
Sales Ledger role -
* Producing invoices and credit notes
* Chasing outstanding debt
* Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Running customer statements
* Customer credit checking
* Providing month end customer reports
* Ad hoc duties as required including taking credit card payments over the phone
Essential skills for the Sales Ledger–
* Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger is desirable (preferably 1+ years).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Numerical competency.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* Good keyboard skills.
For the Sales Ledger AlertSystems offers -
* 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (site based).
* £24,000 p.a. - £26,000 p.a.
* 22 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
