Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
* Daily processing of Accounts Payable transactions
* Processing and coding of manual invoices
* Processing payments in line with policy
* Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Preparation of Accounts Payable
* Setting up and completing payment runs
Profile
The candidate will have:
* Previous Purchase Ledger experience - Required
* Existing knowledge of the AP function - Required
* Experience within the logistics sector - Desirable
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
* Strong organisational and time-management skills - Required
* High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
