You will play an extremely important role in providing support to your Land Acquisition Director and Land Directors ensuring management information, reports and systems are maintained accurately, in a timely manner. You will work with the team to seek opportunities and provide Board level reporting on a weekly basis, gaining great senior level exposure.
You will be able to leverage your already established marketing and organisational skills, be part of a fast-paced, growing business, with opportunities to learn and develop.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for ensuring the BIG MAP system is utilised accurately ensuring maximum value output for LNT by logging sites and updating all commercial data on Care Homes.
* Pick up enquiries on Site@ as required and instruct to relevant land director.
* Undertake support on competitor analysis providing accurate reports to the land team and board of directors.
* Support marketing and research activity where required.
* Keeping a full data base of land agents up to date and evolving and identifying new methods to attract new land disposal contacts to the business
* Supporting land team with targeted letters for off market land buying opportunities

* Ability to follow processes methodically.
* Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to ensuring management information is checked and made available to the wider team.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
Qualifications and skills:
* Appropriate, demonstrable experience in a similar role or environment.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
* Higher education desirable but not mandatory
