Role: Project Planner
Location: Dodworth, Barnsley
Full Time: 40 Hours. 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, confident with excellent communication and organisation skills to join our innovative and fast-paced Planning and Coordination team in Barnsley.

The Role / Job Description
As Project Planner Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
* You will be an integral part of a small team focused on overseeing the coordination and planning of installations from factory delivery, on-site execution, and customer handovers, on time and to budget.
* Issuing standard communications, written and oral, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the project cycle.
* Liaison with Project Manager to ensure pre-inspections are carried out in a timely manner prior to installation.
* Ordering of plant, equipment, and materials with suppliers.
* Producing project specific documentation, including RAMS and O&M’s, product certification.
* Produce and issue site pack of information to subcontractors for pricing and prior to works commencing on site.
* Pricing on-site related variations where change in scope applies, ensuring client instructions are obtained.
* Raise and log NCR’s, Variations, and purchase orders onto in-house systems.
* Updating and monitoring tracker sales system and T Card Planning boards on a regular basis when change occurs.
* File and record handover sheets from installations and follow up with customer satisfaction.

* Flexibility with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Organised with excellent time management skills.
* Good computer literacy skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Reliable.
