As an In House Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business strategy by providing high-quality legal advice and commercial contract support. You'll collaborate across the organisation, helping to drive business development while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear and practical legal advice on commercial contracts and business opportunities. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including licence terms, IT and marketing agreements, SaaS contracts, data processing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Commercial, Operations, Data, and Technology, to promote legal awareness and efficient contract management. Maintain and update standard legal documents, agreements, and internal policies. Stay informed on relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the business. Develop and deliver internal training on legal topics and company policies. Support the General Counsel on a variety of legal and governance activities. About You You must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and an understanding of contract law, data protection, and IP/IT law. Previous In-house legal experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Word and IT systems. A general interest in the creative industries and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. There is an option of part time available - this role can be 4 or 5 days per week.
