Role: Senior Employment Partner - National Law Firm (Sheffield HQ)Salary: £80,000 - £150,000 + Bonus (OTE £200k+)Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working Available)A prestigious national law firm with its head office in Sheffield is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Senior Employment Partner to join its high-performing team. With a strong footprint across the UK, the firm is now strategically expanding its Employment Law capability at a senior level from its Sheffield base.The Role:You will play a key role in leading the development of the Employment practice, handling a varied caseload of both claimant and respondent work, advising a broad client base across the private and public sectors.
The successful candidate will bring expertise, drive, and the commercial acumen to grow and shape the offering at both a regional and national level.Key Responsibilities: Advise on the full spectrum of employment law issues (contentious and non-contentious) Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and complex litigation Support business development and lead client relationship initiatives Mentor junior solicitors and support team leadership Contribute to strategic planning and long-term departmental growth About You: Qualified Solicitor (8+ PQE) with a strong background in Employment Law Proven track record in both claimant and respondent work Experience in managing client relationships at a senior level A strong business development mindset and desire to build a team Ideally with existing following or strong referral network (not essential) What's on Offer: Partnership from day one Genuine equity pathway within 2 years Competitive salary: £80,000 - £150,000 (DOE) OTE earnings in excess of £200k Private medical insurance Company car or car allowance Annual bonus scheme 10% pension contribution 28 days annual leave + bank holidays Hybrid/flexible working arrangements * High-quality work and autonomy in a leading national firm Apply in confidence today or for a confidential chat please contact Rob Addy on
