Job summary The Operational Pathway Lead For Stroke, alongside the Integrated Pathway manager, is responsible for the management and development of the Integrated community elements of the Sheffield Stroke pathway: the community stroke service (inclusive of early supported discharge) and the therapy team within SPARC the STH community rehabilitation unit. Main duties of the job The Operational Pathway Lead is responsible for the delivery of: Services aligned to the trusts aims: Deliver the best clinical outcomes, provide patient centred services, employ caring and cared for staff, spend public money wisely and deliver excellent research, education and innovation.
