Quest Search & Selection are currently partnering with a global supplier and retailer with a global client base.
This global operation focuses on souvenir & general merchandise and offers a complete end-to-end solution for all customised requirements. As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key part in overseeing and optimising the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on HR systems & metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities of the HR Operations Manager:
* Oversee and optimise the entire employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee onboarding.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights that guide decision-making and enhance team performance.
* Manage and enhance HR systems, including Wrike & HiBob.
* Develop and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
* Look at strategic projects about automating manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with the global HR team and the VP of HR, despite this being an independent role.
* Deal with top-line ER and HR contract matters within the UK head office (currently circa 100 staff members).
* Work closely with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure people operations are aligned with the company’s objectives.
To be successful in this HR Operations Manager role:
* 3-6 years of experience in people operations or HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
* Experience as an Analyst, in HR Ops, Data, or People processing roles.
* Expertise in HR systems, particularly Wrike and HiBob (though other HRIS will of course be considered).
* Experience in an operational, analytical, or MI reporting capacity.
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a global team.
* Process-focused with strong analytical & logical skills, with the ability to use people analytics to direct strategy.
