Twin Group are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and professional health group dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their team and gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting. This is an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
As a part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment training program.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for their patients, providing a welcoming and supportive service at reception and over the phone. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy healthcare environment while learning about administration, communication, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answering phone calls and dealing with patient queries efficiently
* Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using the practice system
* Handling prescription requests and liaising with pharmacies
* Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
* Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning documents
* Supporting patients with online services and appointment check-ins
* Ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection at all times

Qualifications & Experience
* No previous experience required—full training will be provided
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are preferred but not essential
* A keen interest in working within healthcare and customer service
