The Opportunity Due to an internal move, we have another exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the JFD Finance Team and support with the reporting of actual and forecast financial information. You will work closely with the wider business to ensure understanding of the monthly financial performance results as well as update forecast results accordingly in a timely manner. In addition, you will be involved in process improvements as well as will be a key contact for external auditors for both group and statutory audits. This role will be based in Inchinnan and we offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home). Principle Accountabilities Ledger maintenance including fixed asset function, stock function and journal posting. Month end financial process including profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations. Monthly reporting of results to business and group finance team. Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Prepare statutory and management accounts within group timelines and liaise with external audit team. Assistance with treasury function involving cash management, banking approvals and ad hoc requirements. Preparation of documentation for local and overseas Tax and Compliance reporting. Work with the Business Systems team on improvements. Ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications and Experience Professional Accounting Qualification (Chartered Accountant; ACCA, CIMA, etc).
