Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Basic Salary: Permanent contract - £11.44 Per Hour (21 years old+) / £8.60 Per Hour (18-20 years old)
OTE: Between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern

* Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the shop, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
* Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
* Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
* Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
* Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
* Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
* Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
* Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
* Leading by example and motivating your team members.
