Location: Head Office, Altrincham (Hybrid working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Project Managers in Business Change & Transformation will play a key role in making Lookers better for our customers, simpler for our colleagues and more efficient to run. Project Managers at Lookers work in partnership with our business colleagues, key stakeholders & senior executives to deliver the change our business needs to remain successful. Responsibilities
1. Accountable for all aspects of project and change delivery including but not limited to:
2. Management and Control of Projects & resources aligned with Governance requirements and Change
3. Management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, costs, budgeting and all reporting requirements
4. Escalation of issues and management of rectification plans
5. Closure of projects within time, cost, quality parameters including handover to BAU and mechanisms to measure benefits
Qualifications
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of successful project management; both IT and Business Change in excess of £1m, alongside knowledge of different project management methodologies. Strong leadership, time management, facilitation and organisational skills with a good working knowledge of change management principles are key to the success of this role. Managing stakeholders at all levels, combined with social versatility and an ability to work in a changing and diverse business environment will help you succeed and progress your career at Lookers.
You will need to have previous stakeholder management experience at an Executive Level & proven proposal writing experience and presenting key facts in a digestible format to different stakeholders.
