Rate of Pay to be discussed at Interview Stage
We are looking for someone to join our team to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis whilst working closely with all team members. Someone who is highly organised, able to multitask and work towards deadlines.
This opportunity is to work within a small team, directly with both management and customers. The role will involve a variety of office management functions.
Duties
• Finance: finance duties will include general bookkeeping, keeping a tight ship with invoicing and credit control, collating expenses claims
• Completing template documents and filing correctly on QuickBooks
• Excellent Customer Service responding to customers over the phone and email in a professional manner
