What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and guest engagement
🔹 Support the Deputy and Park Manager in driving team performance and park operations
🔹 Take ownership of KPIs, financial performance, and cost control
🔹 Ensure compliance with health & safety, F&B, and brand standards
🔹 Oversee and deliver successful events, activities, and parties
🔹 Be a visible and hands-on leader, inspiring and coaching your team
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or events
✔ Strong financial acumen, including KPI management and cost control
✔ Experience managing and coaching large teams
✔ Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance
✔ Excellent customer service and engagement skills
✔ Experience working with SEN children and diverse customer needs
✔ Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
✔ IOSH, First Aid, or alcohol license (desirable)
