We are on the lookout for engaging individuals to join our operations teams known as Member Experience Hosts to provide exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.
Requirements
This role is for you if
1. You enjoy engaging with new people from all walks of life and being the first face of Fora. You get a kick out of making new connections and helping other people.
2. Helping others gives you a huge sense of accomplishment – from planning and delivering events to surprising our members and being responsible for the smooth running of our buildings' day-to-day successes.
3. You’re a great team player and know just the right things to say to foster harmony and build bridges with people inside and outside of the business.
4. You will love to problem solve. You’re a thinker, a do-er and aren’t afraid to get creative with solutions for your clients' needs.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got
1. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail/hospitality or customer service.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools – particularly Word and Excel.
4. A brilliant self-starter nature to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Monday to Friday
· Once a month you will be able to order lunch from Deliveroo.
· Cereal and fruit will be provided in the buildings.
· Summer Hours - For 6 weeks during the summer, our operations teams have the chance to take back 2 hours on a Friday.
