What You'll Do:
* Provide compassionate, personalised care to our service users.
* Work closely with your manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Develop your skills across various clinical areas with the support of unregistered staff.
* Deliver high-quality nursing procedures.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through assessment.
* Promote patient health and prevent illness.
* Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework.
* Support service user safety, dignity, and continuous improvement.
* Undertake delegated responsibilities from the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
Clinical Skills:
* Wound care and management.
* Supporting vascular, orthopaedic, and plastic surgery clinics.
