Location: ME10, Sittingbourne, Kent and Remote Work
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, pool car, life assurance and more.

About the Role:
My client is a world leader in the manufacture and sale of supply chain security and safety products. Due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator with knowledge of the industry, to effectively deliver customer projects from start to finish.
Duties:
1. Effectively manage each project and the installation team.
2. Carry out an overview of every project submitted by the sales team to confirm the project's viability for both financial & technical aspects.
3. Order all required new equipment & arrange delivery to site.
4. Co-ordinate tasks, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication channels.
5. Conduct pre-project commencement meetings with stakeholders to allow efficient launch of projects including deliveries & schedules of works.
6. Compile task-specific RAMS in line with the project requirements and submit to the customer for sign-off.
7. Manage risks and issues for all projects.
8. Source and manage suitable plant & hire equipment to complete projects.
9. Provide weekly updates on performance, documentation, reporting, and delivery of projects including order intake, work in progress, and projected invoicing total.
10. Responsible for internal and external resources, including vendor and sub-contractor accreditations and insurances to ensure project tasks are supported.
11. Ensure a smooth handover to the relevant teams when projects are completed.
Experience Required:
1. Competent with MS Office suite including MS Project and Excel.
2. Experience in the industrial safety solutions / supply chain security industry and proven project management experience.
3. A project management qualification is desirable (PMP, Prince 2, etc.), and health and safety certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are preferred.
4. Office-based with remote/hybrid working and occasional visits to customer sites - a full UK driving licence is required.
