Our Sponsorship
Hamptons sponsored the Team Manager of The Year award. This award recognises a team of social workers or a multi-agency team who have done outstanding work to improve support for children and families and created the most impact through their contributions. Hamptons chose to sponsor this award to honour exceptional social workers and young people and to showcase our commitment to ethical recruitment solutions.
The Awards Ceremony
The ceremony hosted by the Frontline team was truly exceptional—an evening filled with awe, inspiration, and heartfelt emotions. The privilege of hearing the incredible stories from both young people and social workers reinforces the core of our purpose – to enhance the quality of life for vulnerable children and adults by engaging and appointing the very best talent in the Social Care sector. Each winner’s heartfelt speech was a touching tribute to their unwavering commitment to Social Care.

Our CEO Simon Ray presented the Team of the Year award to Darlington Borough Council for their Staying Close project.
Staying Close is a government backed initiative which offers support to young people leaving Care and moving into independent accommodation in Darlington. The project provides young people with the tools they need to enable them to navigate adulthood and reduce the ‘cliff edge’ effect that they often experience when leaving Care.
Simon presented the award to this inspirational team with pride.
Post ceremony, we raised our glasses and ate delicious canapés as we celebrated the champions among us. Meanwhile, it was a brilliant chance for us to mingle with Social Care professionals, delving into the freshest insights and trends within the space.
Acknowledgements
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Frontline, the venue team at RIBA, the nominees, the winners, and all the other attendees for a fabulous evening celebrating the very best in Children’s social work.
