Implementation Coordinator – Field and Office Based - Macclesfield

We’re looking for an Implementation Coordinator to help roll out and manage technology at client sites throughout the UK 3 days a week. You’ll be planning, executing, and supporting site mobilisations across various sectors, ensuring tech is implemented smoothly, on time, and within budget. Working with multiple teams and vendors, you’ll also provide training, gather insights, and support project success.
Purpose of the Role:
Support the Customer Technology team in planning, executing, and finalising projects across multiple sectors. You’ll ensure smooth technology mobilisation, meeting client needs within scope, time, and budget, and transitioning support to the IT Service Desk.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
2. Develop & track project plans, coordinate vendors, and manage tech supplies.
3. Implement Customer Technology at sites, including training, setup, and engagement.
4. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology solutions.
5. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal teams.
6. Provide on-site support and escalate issues when needed.
7. Gather intelligence to support reports, bids, and business cases.
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in multi-site technology installations & service management a bonus.
2. Strong project coordination & stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce detailed reports.
4. Knowledge of mobile apps, payment solutions, EPOS, WiFi, LAN, VPN (basic level) really useful.
5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
