We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator who is passionate about enriching the lives of our residents.
Your role will be pivotal in planning and executing a diverse range of activities from engaging games and lively dance sessions to being that essential social connection that brightens our resident’s days.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and Organise: Develop and manage monthly activity programs tailored to our residents' interests and abilities, encouraging them to stay active and engaged.
Foster Social Connections: Create opportunities for residents to socialise and enjoy their time in the care home through a variety of activities that cater to all preferences.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of daily activities and resident participation to ensure personalised and effective programming.
What You'll Bring: Event Planning Skills: Experience in developing and organizing engaging events and activities.
Creativity and Enthusiasm: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that inspires and motivates residents.
Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in working with the elderly, helping them live life to the fullest.
