We’re looking for a Design Intern to join our passionate and growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing TBCo’s creative vision to life by developing collections that balance trend-leading design, sustainability, and timeless appeal. What You’ll Do As a Design Intern at TBCo, your responsibilities will include: Driving Creativity : Develop innovative, design-led concepts for fashion and lifestyle collections that reflect our brand identity and vision. Researching & Forecasting : Identify trends, new opportunities, and technologies to keep TBCo at the forefront of design. Collaborative Development : Work closely with the product, buying, and merchandising teams to create collections that are commercially viable, sustainable, and impactful. Design Ownership : Create detailed sketches, technical designs, and specifications, ensuring designs align with our high-quality standards and sustainable practices. Prototyping & Innovating : Experiment with materials, techniques, and processes to bring new ideas to life. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and textile innovations to drive constant evolution in our product offering. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Creative and Curious : A natural innovator who thrives on exploring new ideas and pushing boundaries. Skills and Experience Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong knowledge of design principles, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
