- Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5-25+ hours per week, tailored to your availability and learner needs.
- Focus: Provide daytime support to help learners meet age-related academic expectations.
- Outcome: Boost learners' confidence, knowledge, and engagement with education, paving the way for their success.
Learners may present with complex needs, including:
- Special Educational Needs (SEN): Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia.
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Experiences of childhood trauma.
- Deliver engaging and impactful tuition sessions, tailored to individual learning needs.
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback to inspire growth.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and teachers to align educational support.
- Maintain accurate session records via our virtual learning platform.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of teaching/tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, or other complex needs is highly desirable.
