Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, the successful candidate will:
* Develop tailored financial plans considering tax implications for individuals, families, and businesses.
* Provide expert advice on retirement planning, estate planning, investments, and tax-efficient savings strategies.
* Keep clients updated on tax changes, UK budget impacts, and the effects these may have on their financial plans.
* Build and maintain relationships with key intermediaries and professional service firms.
* Conduct detailed reviews of client portfolios to identify opportunities for tax savings.
* Assist in the development and execution of proactive business development strategies.
* Work closely with other financial advisors and investment professionals to ensure alignment on client strategies and optimise outcomes.
* Act as a key point of contact for tax-related inquiries and financial planning advice, fostering strong, trusting relationships with clients.
About You
* A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Newly qualified Accountant or equivalent experience from a Big 4 firm.
* A strong desire to build a long-term career in wealth management, with ambitions to become a Wealth Manager in the future.
* Experience in personal tax and/or corporate tax would be highly advantageous.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organised, with excellent planning skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex client needs.
* Excellent communication skills with a client-centric focus.
