Operating Department Orderly
Band 2 hours per week (to cover 24/7 service)
Permanent Vacancy
To work in a busy theatre department. Be part of a team looking after patients and delivering good patient outcomes. To cover the needs of the service over a 24 hour/7 days a week rota. To support the hospital night team to deliver emergency care in theatre and maternity.
Main duties of the job
To undertake messenger/porters duties between the theatres, wards and other departments. To offer support to the members of the multi-disciplinary operating department / endoscopy team.
