- Customer Service Administrator
Salary - £23, (+ Monthly bonus taking annual salary to £26, - £27,)
Location - Sheffield, S35
Contract - Full time, Permanent opportunity
Adecco Sheffield are delighted to be partnered with our fantastic client based in North Sheffield in recruiting for an organised and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
As Customer Service Administrator, key duties will include:
1. Providing customers with quotations
2. Processing customer orders
3. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
4. Ensuring documentation is in place and accurate
5. Communicating updates on expected delivery dates to customers
6. Working closely with the external sales team and account managers to provide administration support
7. General office administration duties
Hours - Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am - 17:00pm or 09:00am to 17:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.
Essential Skills and Experience:
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Previous experience in an administrative role
10. Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
11. Confident IT skills including knowledge and experience using MS office packages
