Warwickshire Children and Families Front Door is here! Consisting of 3 collocated linked Hubs our ambition is to continue to improve outcomes for children from the very start of their journey. We are looking for 2, full-time, experienced (Level 3/Level 4) Social Workers to join our office-based team, specifically within the MASH Hub.

Working with multi-agency partners and using restorative practice, you will be part of a social care team ensuring that all children’s outcomes are improved and that they are safeguarded effectively.
This is a very fast paced role, which will place competing demands on your time. So, if you enjoy life in the fast lane this is the post for you. You will possess an ability to make robust and accurate decisions to ensure children and families are safe along with an embedded understanding of risk and risk management. You will enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to engage with families as the first point of contact from children’s services. You will be calm and approachable and instil confidence in those who contact the Front Door.
Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
