Overview:
We are seeking a Programme Manager - Strategy and Operations within the Global Affairs team to oversee and optimize processes within our legal and regulatory teams. This role involves working closely with legal, compliance, and programme management teams to ensure the successful execution of regulatory projects and frameworks, as well as managing risk assessment models and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regulatory Oversight: Provide visibility into ongoing regulatory efforts, collaborating closely with the legal and regulatory compliance teams to ensure alignment with current laws and regulations.
* Framework Development: Lead the creation of new frameworks and risk assessment models, working with local teams to implement and operate these models effectively.
* Change Management: Manage change processes across teams and ensure smooth adaptation to new frameworks and models.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate and manage cross-functional work, ensuring seamless communication between programme managers, legal teams, and compliance teams.
* Executive Reporting & Ad-hoc Tasks: Oversee executive reporting, organizational chart changes, work distribution strategies, and support the Chief of Staff with strategic initiatives.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of 20 professionals, including lawyers and programme managers, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of projects.
* Project Management: Oversee up to 7-8 concurrent projects or workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience in programme management, strategy, and operations, particularly in the regulatory and compliance sectors.
* Proven track record in working with legal and compliance teams, particularly in developing and implementing risk assessment models and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong change management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

* Lead a diverse team of 20 professionals, including legal experts and programme managers.
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with up to 7-8 ongoing projects or workflows at any time.
