Job Description
* Organise and manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
* Prepare and amend documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
* Maintain client files, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the legal team.
* Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
* Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetings.
* Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Legal Personal Assistant' should have:
* A strong background in secretarial and administrative support within a legal environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise work.
* Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A high level of discretion for both professional and personal affairs.
