Job Description
To effectively achieve the following core responsibilities of the Contact Centre:
* To provide ‘World Class’ Customer Service
* To have contact with internal and external customers

Key Deliverables:
* Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of customer data is met by adhering to GDPR.
* Handling all relevant customer interactions.
* Advising customers on the best services available.
* Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs.
* Remote Troubleshooting utilising problem solving skills and persuasive communication.
* Resolving customer queries and complaints.
* To follow our Brand Ambassador ethos.
Additional Tasks/Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice.
* Ordering literature.
* Mailbox training with the potential to process into Live Chat & Social Media.
* Contributing to the overall performance of the team.
* Achieving and maintaining both individual and departmental targets.
Qualifications
Skills:
* Must be IT literate, with good numeric and written skills.
* Must be personable to allow you to communicate with people on all levels and quick thinking within a pressurised environment.
* Quick thinking and able to problem solve and use your own initiative.
* Be flexible with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Attributes:
* The candidate will be required to be customer orientated, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated with the ability to cope under high-pressured conditions to achieve collective team and individual targets.
Qualifications:
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, Grade 4 and above are desirable.

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
