Will be working for a large M&E Company, Very good culture and friendly team. Must have at least 1-2 years experience workin for an M&E company. You will be in charge of 5 sites, (3 medium and 2 small) This is a contract role, expected to last 18 months. Duties Creating document templates Converting information from project teams into use-friendly documents Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference Scanning, copying and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements Training document specialists and other employees on document systems
