We're seeking an exceptional People Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams while driving strategic HR initiatives across our global organization. Core Responsibilities
1. People Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and mentor teams to achieve exceptional performance and career growth.
Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Manage performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective hiring and development.
2. Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth.
Lead organizational design and change management initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Manage department budgets and resource allocation.
3. Employee Experience & Culture
Champion company culture and values.
Design and implement engagement initiatives.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Resolve complex employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
4. Operations & Innovation
Optimize HR processes and policies.
Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
Implement best practices in people management.
Drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
Required Qualifications
1. 8+ years of progressive Payroll/people management experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
4. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
5. Excellence in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
6. CIPP certification preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8+ year of Payroll experience and 3-4 yrs of People management experience.
Exceptional people management skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team on process development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in implementing Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
CIPP certification preferred.
