As our new Assistant Director of Family Help, you will take forward strategic change and transformation, building on our strong reputation for universal and early help services, as demonstrated in our recent focused visits and local area SEND Inspection. We are fully committed to implementing the government’s ambitions in family help and intervention services, and you will bring the passion and energy to achieve excellent performance, developing positive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the borough and across South Yorkshire. This is a key role in reshaping Social Care and Early Help, ensuring seamless delivery of services at a community level to ensure that children’s needs are met.
