If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy resolving issues, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for residents via inbound calls related to Council Services, including Tax enquiries. Provide clear explanations of Tax bills, payment plans, and account details. Set up and manage Direct Debits, payment plans, and other payment options. Assist residents with Council Tax-related issues, including arrears, disputes, and exemptions. Ensure compliance with council policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience handling enquiries related to Tax billing and recovery. Familiarity with revenue systems such as NEC Northgate. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
