Permanent Day Shifts: Work from 8 AM to 6 PM, ensuring your evenings are free for personal time and relaxation.Key Accountabilities ✅Safety First: Always prioritise safety, proactively report hazards, and collaborate with warehouse team leaders and managers to achieve Zero Harm. ✅ Adapting: Your day may consist of accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles, picking products for orders, product control or decanting. Be open to learn and develop new skills. ✅ Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers. ✅ Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage. ✅ Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet performance targets set by the warehouse management system while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. ✅ Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).What we’re looking for: • Warehouse/distribution environment experience (desirable but not essential) • Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately • A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting • Excellent time keeping and organisation • Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach • FLT License (Desirable but not essential)What's in it for you?
