Store Manager - High Wycombe Area - Permanent
Due to the continued growth ambitions here at Costa Coffee, we are looking to engage with strong leaders who can support driving the operation forward both in terms of commercial and team impact. We have a strong pipeline of new stores planned and along with our internal talent, we would like to bring in strong leaders to drive team engagement, development, strong customer service, and of course, strong sales growth.

What’s involved?
* Creating the perfect environment for customers who want to return time and time again.
* Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to drive positive NPS, as well as working in the local community to identify and welcome new customers.
* Taking ownership of growing sales, transactions, and increasing profit through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition.
* Inspiring your team to deliver with every interaction.
* Training and developing your team to reach their full potential and grow through the business.
