Job Description
* Manage the company's reward and benefits strategy
* Ensure effectiveness of rewards strategy across the organisation
* Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness
* Partner with HR and Finance teams to align rewards strategy with business goals
* Develop communication materials to promote understanding of rewards strategy
* Manage reward-related projects as required
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
* Support the development of a culture that values high performance and recognition
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Rewards Analyst' should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in the media and agency industry (preferred)
* Solid understanding of reward and benefits strategies
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ideally with previous experience of completing job evaluation, benchmarking and implementation of reward/career frameworks.
* Exposure to working with payroll/HR & benefits systems/understanding of payroll operations would also be advantageous.
