Join a dynamic, large global communications agency who are looking for an Internal Comms Producer to join their growing team. Our client An award-winning global communications agency, who work across a broad range of communications solutions for a variety of impressive clients. Theyve grown strongly in recent years, handling complex projects often involving business transformation and communication of large scale change. The agency work remotely but you must be based in the UK for occasional meetings. The role The role entails crafting and implementing internal comms and change management strategies and plans, specifically directed at ensuring employees seamlessly adopt and utilize essential changes. Responsibilities span from conceptualization to delivery, encompassing client relations, budget management, and overall project planning and management. You will oversee communications work from strategic development to production, to launch and to metrics review. You They are looking for change communications specialists who have deep internal communications expertise. You'll likely have 7 years industry experience of delivering internal comms programmes in large complex organisations, multi-country, multi-stakeholder audiences, and able to demonstrate a portfolio of campaigns you have curated and executed. Ideally youll have some experience within an agency environment, but not essential. You should also have exceptional client, budget and project management skills in order to drive forward multiple projects at once. Ideally youll be proficient in change management principles, organizational development (OD) methodologies, and other relevant tools such as internal communications platforms (e.g. Yammer, Sharepoint, MSTeams) and digital marketing platforms.
