A Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer with experience in providing applications support across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and cloud-hosted applications and databases, is needed to work for our client.
The Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer will work across service improvement, development, project delivery, and support/administration.
The Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer will be responsible for our client's core applications and databases (Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and a number of cloud-hosted applications and databases).
Responsibilities:
* Experience in providing applications support and administration of Microsoft Technologies (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and M365 suite).
* Ability to provide application support to bespoke applications built on technologies such as Power Platform and PowerApps.
* Capability to transfer knowledge to other ICT areas such as 2nd line support.
* Ability to provide supporting documentation as required to promote best practices.
* Experience in producing appropriate documentation for system changes and new developments, ensuring an up-to-date technical knowledge base on the organization’s key business systems.
* Ability to identify and address architectural deficiencies.
* Able to be on-site in Manchester for 1-2 days per week.
