The Role
We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Development executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, setting appointments, engaging with current clients, and promoting our IT and telecom solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to key decision-makers from leads provided
2. Maintain regular contact with current clients
3. Identify business needs and qualify leads for the sales team
4. Schedule appointments for our IT team
5. Update and manage the CRM system with accurate customer interactions
6. Conduct online research and manage prospect data effectively
7. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers
8. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments
9. Stay up to date with Hive Communications’ products and industry trends
10. Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
Key Skills & Experience
1. At least one year of telesales experience
2. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
3. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
4. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
5. Self-motivated and results-driven
6. Ability to work independently and within a team
7. Basic understanding of IT and telecom services (a plus)
8. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
