The Customer Service Administrator role involves managing incoming calls regarding works, organising and scheduling appointments, providing support to existing clients, and monitoring progress and status updates. Salary: £23k - £25k 40 hours Office based Customer Service Administrator responsibilities: Providing general administrative supportincluding managing the in-house email inbox and dealing with enquiries Handling calls confidently and politely, establishing the reason for the call and gaininginformation required to take relevant action Managing the company live chat, ensuring a prompt response to queries Booking in jobs through the client database, providing detailed information about the work required Coordinating projects, liaising with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents, and presentations Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project-related information through reports Accurately maintaining the in-house database, ensuring details are recorded and client files contain all documents needed for compliance purposes Responding to enquiries and providing necessary information to customers and clients Customer Service Administrator skills: Experience in handling customer contact/complaints Ability to handle issues with an empathetic and common-sense approach, whilst remaining objective Ability to deal with difficult situations, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving /troubleshooting skills
