Job Description Organon is hiring a Process Engineer/Scientist to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Pack Technical Operations team on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract as a Process Scientist or Engineer. You’ll have the chance to learn new skills and gain a deeper technical understanding of the packaging process. We are looking for someone eager to learn and be part of a very busy team dedicated to supporting process improvements and productivity projects. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for all processes involved in the packaging of products on site. Co-ordinate and/or initiate process improvement projects. Investigate and follow up on issues arising from packaging or laboratory deviations, establish assignable causes for atypical processing events, and propose appropriate actions to minimize rework and improve process capability. Comply with standards in policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs, and comment/author as appropriate. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement (e.g., productivity, systems robustness) using appropriate LSS tools. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Excellenttechnical communication skills Proven project management skills. Proven analytical approach to problem-solving. Positive approach to team working and continuous improvement. Experience with packaging equipment is desirable.
