Job Description Golley Slater is looking for an Account Manager to join their consumer brands team. They will be joining a thriving agency which develops creative campaigns that focus on building brand awareness, attracting engagement and disrupting the shopper. The Account Manager will be a trusted point of contact for the client, suppliers and our internal agency departments. They know their client business in detail and take responsibility for implementation and delivery of campaigns to brief, on time and to budget. The role would be perfect for an experience Senior Account Executive looking for the next step in their career or an Account Manager wanting to join growing agency. What you will be doing: Focusing on developing client relationships, gaining trust and credibility. Taking client briefs and be competent in ensuring as full a brief as possible is obtained by asking appropriate questions. Researching, preparing and writing presentation documents (including supporting materials and samples). · Writing creative and design briefs and presenting them to studio. Managing the creative process, ensuring timelines are met and that the creative product is on brief. Creating case studies on completion of projects. Ensuring projects, once commissioned, run smoothly, accurately and to budget, on time, and to an agreed standard Who we are looking for: An experienced account manager/senior account executive who has ideally worked in a shopper marketing agency setting (2-3 years experience) Someone with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a timely manner A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and relationships and craft solutions with in-house team members, external suppliers and the agency network Strong written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Good influencing skills across a wide range of stakeholders A commercial understanding and confidence with numbers Some of our benefits include: 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday.
