Join a market leading Build to Rent organisation as Maintenance Manager to manage all maintenance requirements for a brand-new premium development in Birmingham.
Role : Maintenance Manager (Build to Rent)
Location : Birmingham
Salary : £35,000 + Bonus
Role Overview :
* Manage and undertake all maintenance requirements for a premium BTR development
* Oversee the completion of resident service requests within community timelines and guides.
* Carry out and record the results / outcome of weekly, monthly, and other cyclical checks, testing and maintenance routines
* Oversee and organize apartment inspections and apartment Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ensuring good records are kept at all times
* Work closely with the General Manager, to recruit, train, develop and mentor each member of the small, high performance, highly driven team.
* Manage building compliance requirements related to Health and Safety
* Supervise third party contractors working on site

Previous experience required:
* Previous maintenance experience in residential property (hospitality or private rental sector preferred)
* 3 years experience in a maintenance / facilities management position
* Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance, PPM plans, and an understanding of overall Risk Management strategies
* Experience in a demanding customer centric role
