Office Administrator / Coordinator required for a leading company based in Bradford, specializing in construction, drainage, and fueling sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in a company that transforms spaces across industries such as healthcare, education, leisure, and retail. It is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will join a small team, supporting the company's ongoing success. Responsibilities include checking invoices, inputting purchase orders, creating credit notes, ordering equipment, and answering calls.
* Answering phone and emails
* Using SAGE – checking invoices, inputting PO’s, creating credit notes
* Scheduling of works
* Supporting holiday coordination
* Ordering office supplies
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in office administration
* Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential; candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply
