This is to join a busy and growing team, and within this role you will be given a little level of responsibility from the beginning and opportunities to develop your career. For this Conveyancer role you will join their New Homes team based in Bristol. Their New Homes team are a specialist team who provide individuals with a first-class service in their new build plot purchase. The team work with many major developers across many sites and also have experience with shared ownership transactions. Responsibilities will include: As a Conveyancer you will take ownership of your own caseload which will consist of new build purchase matters and their related sales if applicable. It will be your responsibility to manage matters throughout the span of their lifecycle, and undertake and oversee such tasks as reporting to Lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client Due diligence issues. You will drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions. As well as working closely with unit leaders and other colleagues, you will be liaising with Developers, Housing Associations and other Stakeholders throughout the life of the transactions. You will be working closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator to guarantee a first-class service is provided, as well as Ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met. The Person: For this role our client is looking for someone who has prior experience in conveyancing and has experience of working property transactions and have experience handling a busy caseload. Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills are needed together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will need to be able to tackle issues and problems in a logical, step by step way with an eye for detail and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
