We are looking for a front of house administrator to join our Workspaces team This vital role provides professional facilities support and front-of-house services to visitors, customers, and colleagues. Working closely with the wider workspaces team, the front of house administrator ensures the smooth running, general upkeep, and security of our workspaces, contributing to a productive and welcoming environment. You'll take on a variety of responsibilities, supporting colleagues with workspace and facilities-related matters, troubleshooting issues as they arise. This role is permanent and part time, working 16 hours per week (Thursday and Friday, 8am-4pm). You'll be based from our office in Tewkesbury, GL20 8ND. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the security and accessibility of office spaces, managing key access and security protocols. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of office facilities. Assisting in procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing of office supplies and services. Conducting regular health and safety checks, maintaining compliance with workplace regulations. Supporting document management, tracking facilities-related records and reports. Assisting in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources for a smooth transition. You will have: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider Facilities team.
