Our well-established client based in Keighley is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper for a permanent position.
Duties include:
1. Bookkeeping & VAT return work:
2. Bookkeeping from prime records for a range of different business sectors and structures.
3. Ensure banks are reconciled, ledgers are kept tidy, up to date and accurate, balancing and verifying balance sheet items like PAYE, wage control.
4. Preparing VAT returns in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Overseeing, mentoring & training more junior staff to assist.
Hours:
Full Time hours - Monday to Friday (however part time may be considered).
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an accounting practice; however, this is desirable not essential. Candidates MUST have previous bookkeeping experience using packages such as Xero, Sage, or Quickbooks to apply for this role.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
