The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working closely with our New Business team, you will combine market research, strategic outreach, and relationship-building to generate high-quality leads and create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organisations.
Outreach & Engagement: Proactively connect with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to create opportunities.
Relationship Building: Nurture leads by providing valuable insights, building trust, and positioning Grayce as a trusted partner.
Qualification: Assess potential clients to ensure alignment with our services and growth strategy.
Target Achievement: Work towards monthly KPIs and revenue targets, set in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and Marketing Director.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and tracking progress.
Market Insights & Strategy: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive lead-generation campaigns and optimise engagement strategies.
Event Representation: Represent Grayce at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
About You
You’re commercially minded, highly motivated, and excited by the challenge of identifying and unlocking new opportunities. You have a passion for business development and a solid understanding of business consultancy and talent solutions. You bring:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Results-Driven Attitude: A proven track record in driving new business opportunities and meeting targets.
Analytical Mindset: Strong research skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and optimise outreach strategies.
Tech-Savvy Approach: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce (or similar CRM systems), and MS Excel.
Organisational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and resilience.
Your Experience
We are seeking outstanding candidates who have demonstrable experience in:
* Business development, sales, or lead generation, with a record of successful outreach.
* Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool.
* Microsoft Excel for effective data management and reporting.
